Who are we?
We are a small firm who specialise in managing domestic and commercial properties. There are three of us in the company:

Judith Little the director, has over 10 years experience of managing property. She is the main contact for all owners and leaseholders and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.
William Little — is a Chartered Surveyor who works part time for the company and is responsible for ensuring the company complies with current statutory codes of practice.
Mike Coleman - a former bank manager - is the company book-keeper and is responsible for managing the cash flow for each property and ensuring that leaseholders pay service charges on time.

Our main office is in Taunton with a secondary office in Warwick. Our staff are local people with local knowledge, experience and contacts. We offer a prompt, personal and efficient service for you, your tenants or your Company. We aim to be available 7 days a week in emergencies and can call upon a number of independent, qualified, reliable maintenance workers to give you a quick response to any emergency.

Our business practices and ethics
We believe that businesses should be dedicated to helping their clients further their own objectives and not treat clients as a vehicle for achieving our own ends. We therefore operate an extremely simple business model which focuses solely on property management. In this way there can be no conflicts of interest. In particular:

• We do not employ any trades directly — We do not have a standing army we need to keep busy.
• We do not accept commission from contractors — all major works are tendered.
• We do not let property — property management is not a loss leader to get more properties to let.
• We believe that clients and leaseholders have a right to know how there money is spent. We provide quarterly statements of accounts.
• We aim to always adhere to the RICS Code of Practice.
• We try to provide a personal service — we like to build relationships with clients and leaseholders. We involve leaseholders in decisions about how the property is managed so that they feel involved.
