FLAT MANAGEMENT

 
THE SERVICE WE OFFER TO FLAT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES:
 
*   Organisation of Annual General Meetings and chairing them if necessary
*   Organisation of half-yearly meetings to discuss service charges/expenditure
*   Sending out service charge invoices and collection of service charges
*   Inspection of the property regularly to advise on repairs necessary and the responsibility of those repairs
*   Advice on insurance of the building, review and administration of insurance premium, including claiming from tenant when necessary
*   Arrangement of works to common parts
*   Administration of any service charge element including apportionment of shared costs such as insurance, shared services, maintenance of common parts
*   Setting of a budget each year in collaboration with the lessees
*   Maintenance and review of contracts with contractors and appointment of replacements when necessary

FEES: We charge a flat rate of per flat per year which is charged to the lessee. This fee is reduced for properties with ground maintenance only and no communal areas. Please contact us for further details. OUR FEES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO VAT
